The Program

The Community Marketing Program is intended to expand your visibility within Colyvan Pacific and the thousands of clients who consistently ask our property managers for trusted trade referrals. We will be actively marketing this program. In addition, using this websites increasing your search engine optimization because your advertising will be promoted beyond our site.

This system lets you create and modify advertising on www.colyvanpacific.com, and make it available to nearly 20,000 owners and tenants. Using this system, you can:

• create and format text listings
• add your logo
• add a display advert or a downloadable coupon.

The first step is to register for the system, which you can start at the bottom of this page. In order to start using the system, there are some things that you should know:

1. Once approved by the system, you are fully responsible for your content on this system. Your content will include your text introduction, a logo, and/or a display advertisement. You will be given access to make changes to your corporate and billing information, as well as change your text and/or display advertising, and logo. You can gain access using the ID and password that will be assigned to you as part of the registration process, so store it in safe place.
2. There are several advertising packages that you choose, ranging from Free to paid advertising for more prominent locations and adding your logo and/or display ad. You can change packages at any time using the ID and Password assigned during the registration process.
3. In order to work for Colyvan Pacific, you MUST provide a current Workers Compensation details for an active account. You will be asked for your WorkSafe BC Registered Name, WCB Number and expiry date, so please have it ready. Our system will automatically unpublish your listing if you do not update your expiry date as required, so please make a note to update the expiry date to ensure that your advertising continues.
4. One important element of this system is your Relationship to Colyvan that will be displayed on the site. Please ensure that you choose the correct category. Your choices are:

Over time, our staff will monitor your working relationship with the ability to upgrade it to a "preferred" status. This upgrade is based on internal guidelines, including the general satisfaction of the work performed. This is a measure of the overall performance of your company, not a specific job. The better the overall work, the higher your status on this system.
