Thank you for advertising on the Colyvan Pacific website in our "Trade Guide". Your advertisement on this website is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Advertising Packages
You have a choice of creating a text list only ("VCard"), adding your logo to the VCard, or adding both a logo and 160 x 160 display advertisement to your listing. Each of these packages is priced differently, which will be presented at time of your subscription.
There are three options:
- A free text listing.
- The text listing plus the display of the your logo. The price is $15 /month.
- The text listing and your logo, plus a display advert shown on pages througout the websiteat $40/month.
Once you are subscribed, prices are subject to change on 30 days notice to you. This notice may be delivery via the email account that you provide, and the email will be presumed to have been received by you two (2) hours later.
Payment
Your credit card will be charged monthly to Colyvan Pacific Real Estate Management Ltd. Payment is for the next month period. Rates do not include applicable taxes.
The charge will be made on the day anniversary of your signup date. For example, if you signed up on January 3rd, a recurring payment will be charged against your credit card on the 3rd of each subsequent month.
All payments are in Canadian dollars.
Approval
Colyvan Pacific Real Estate Management Ltd. reserves the right to reject any advertising based on the content, design or conflict with a corporate initiative. Without limiting the foregoing, content containing themes of a sexual or racial nature will be deleted permanently and your account will be closed immediately.
Cancellation
You have the right to modify your advertising at any time. If you decide to cancel your advertisement, there is no partial refund for the remaining period. Your advertisment will be shown until the next renewal period, and then the paid portion of your advertisement will be unpublished.
Liability
Colyvan Pacific Real Estate Management Ltd. is not liable for content contained within external advertisements and cannot guarantee click-through on any ad.
Advertising Format
• Web-ready completed artwork (256 colours or less and file size maximum 25 KB), sized to 160 x 160 pixels.
• GIF (animated acceptable) or JPG at 72 DPI
No Guarantee
Colyvan Pacific Real Estate Management Ltd. does not guarantee the use or presentation of your advertisement on our website.
